Lead Masters sets appointments between contractors and prospective customers. Appointments are sold in packages and are exclusive to the purchasing contractor — we do not resell an appointment to another contractor. Territory is not exclusive; we typically place three to four contractors per metropolitan area depending on its size.
Residential appointments are $200 each and commercial appointments are $1,000 each, sold in packages of ten. There is no contract, retainer or setup fee. Prices may change; the price in effect when you purchase a package applies to that package.
Every appointment is qualified before release. If an appointment does not meet that standard we will credit it. Credits replace the appointment; they are not cash refunds.
We do not promise a close rate, a revenue figure or a specific outcome. Results depend on your market, your pricing, your crews and your sales process. Any figures quoted by other contractors on this site are their individual results.
You are responsible for attending appointments you have purchased, for holding any licence, registration or insurance your state and locality require, and for complying with all laws that apply to how you sell and perform roofing work.
