Lead Masters collects the information you give us through forms on this site — your name, company, email address, phone number and service area — and uses it to respond to your enquiry, tell you what appointment availability exists in your market, and provide the services you ask for.
Information you submit directly (name, company, email, phone, market and work type), and standard technical information your browser sends, such as IP address and pages viewed.
To answer you, to schedule and deliver appointments, to send service messages such as booking confirmations and reminders, and — where you have agreed — to send occasional marketing about our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honour it. If you opted in to text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example our CRM, email delivery and scheduling tools — and only so they can perform those functions for us.
