Commercial

Meetings with real decision-makers who control real properties.

We book qualified commercial appointments with the people who actually control the assets — not single-family roofs dressed up as commercial work.

$1,000 per exclusive appointment

Sold in packages of ten. Qualified harder than residential, and set less often — that is the trade.

Minimum 10,000 sq ft

One hundred squares and up. If it is a large house, it is a residential appointment.

Perfect for

Growth-focused contractors

Contractors who want larger-ticket projects and long-term relationships rather than one roof at a time. Commercial work is slower to set and slower to close, and one relationship can produce repeat work for years.

Common questions

Questions contractors ask

Is the appointment exclusive to me?

The appointment is. We never resell that homeowner to another contractor. We do place three to four contractors in a metro depending on its size, so the territory is not exclusive — the appointment is.

What happens if an appointment is bad?

We credit it. If an appointment doesn’t hold up to the qualification standard — wrong owner, no damage, homeowner never agreed to a time — you get it replaced without an argument.

Is there a contract?

No. Appointments come in packages of ten with no retainer and no setup fee. When a package finishes you decide whether to run another.

How fast do appointments start?

It depends on how much volume your market can support, which is exactly what the 20-minute call is for. We’ll tell you what availability looks like before you buy anything.

What if my market is already full?

We’ll tell you on the call rather than take your money. Three to four contractors per metro is the ceiling, and once a metro is at capacity we stop selling it.
